The Space
An 1,800 sq. ft. legal office for Advocate Prashant Patil, located in Pune, designed to encapsulate the legacy of
traditional law chambers while incorporating modern elements for efficiency, aesthetics, and comfort. The
office had to strike a balance between authority and accessibility, maintaining a formal yet welcoming
atmosphere.
The Ask
The client envisioned a highly structured and elegant law office that took inspiration from classic English law
chambers but without the overwhelming darkness of traditional offices. The request was to create a space that would enhance workflow, provide privacy where required, and still allow for an open, airy ambiance. Additionally, the office needed distinct zones—a formal reception area, a grand advocate’s chamber, a conference room for legal discussions, and a dedicated associates’ workspace, all while ensuring a cohesive aesthetic language.
