Mrunalini Nikte, the Principal Architect and Creative Head of Chafa Home, is a visionary architect and interior designer celebrated for her ability to create luxurious, bespoke spaces that blend elegance, functionality, and cultural depth. She earned her postgraduate degree in interior design, specializing in furniture design, from the esteemed Florence Institute of Design International in Florence, Italy.

Graduating at the top of her class, she received multiple accolades for her exceptional projects throughout the course. Her educational foundation also includes an undergraduate degree in architecture from VIT’s College of Architecture, Pune, where she cultivated her passion for design and developed a strong understanding of architectural principles. With over a decade of professional experience, Mrunalini has worked with some of India’s leading architecture, interior design, and furniture firms. She contributed to some of the country’s most prominent projects and later spent five years as an independent designer, gaining valuable insights into high-end craftsmanship during her tenure at a premium furniture store in Mumbai.

Since founding Chafa Home in 2014, she has led her team in delivering exceptional projects featured in notable publications like Good Homes Magazine, The Architect’s Diary, Architecture and Interiors India and many others.
